Re Activate MathType for Mac OS X

Delete the following files and reinstall MathType.

/Library/Application Support/.AppOptions67.plist
/Library/Application Support/.InstallOptions67.plist

    Great, but the correct path for the former is "/Users/~/Library/Application Support/.AppOptions67.plist".
